摘要
介绍了回转式空气预热器原理,分析了回转式空气预热器在运行中经常出现的漏风大、阻力大、驱动电机电流摆动大等问题,提出了改造措施,结合华能南京电厂锅炉空气预热器改造实例,证明解决方法有效,达到了使锅炉节能降耗的目的。
This paper introduces the theory of rotary air heater, analyzes some problems that commonly occur in operation such as air-leakage, dust-obstruction and current-oscillation, and proposes relevant transformation measures, which has been proved effective in energy-saving by the case ofNanjing Huaneng Power Plant.
