摘要
在高精度的激光三角位移测量中,传感器本体组成器件的性质及其外部工作环境对测量精度都有很大影响。本文详细分析了传感器各组成部分可能带来测量误差的各个因素,提出传感器的标定措施;并从实际使用角度分析了影响传感器精度的外部因素,其中主要包括被测表面倾斜、表面光泽、粗糙度、颜色以及扫描速度等。
The properties of components of the sensor and the ambient environment will greatly affect the precision of laser triangular displacement measurement.The probable errors arising from each component of the sensor are analyzed in detail,and the compensation methods for errors are suggested.The external factors,including the slope,gloss,roughness,color of the tested surface and the scanning speed,are discussed from the practical point.
