摘要
介绍美国医院信息化和区域卫生信息化的发展状况及其经验、教训,探讨对中国的借鉴意义。指出我国医院信息化建设中应重点关注改进医院信息管理架构,转变信息中心定位,减少对供应商的依赖等问题;在区域卫生信息化发展中应注重争取相关机构支持,协调各方利益,实现共赢。
The paper introduces the development status of hospital informatization and regional health informatization in American as well as experiences and lessons, discusses the references to China. It points out that we should mainly focus on improving governance structure of hospital information management, transforming the positioning of information center, reducing dependence on suppliers and so on in the construction of hospital informatization ; pay more attention to support from relevant institutions, coordinating the profits of each parties and realizing altogether wins
