摘要
对比了海控国际广场续建建筑原结构方案和新结构方案,概述了海控国际广场结构初步设计,给出了初步计算的主要结果。进行了时程分析和静力弹塑性分析,研究了结构的抗震性能。分析了核心筒和外框筒之间的剪力传递。采用三角形斜撑转换形式,使转换构件在大震下保持弹性,改善了结构的抗震性能。
The previous structural scheme and new structural scheme were compared for Haikong International Plaza. The preliminary design of the plaza was introduced, and the main results were listed. Time-history analysis and Pushover analysis were conducted, and seismic performance was studied. Shear force transfer between core-wall and framed-tube was analyzed. The triangular inclined braces were taken as transfer members, which maintain elastic under seldom occurred earthquakes, and seismic performance was enhanced.
