重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床护理分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨临床护理对重症胰腺炎患者在临床治疗中的作用。方法:对我院收治的54例重症急性胰腺炎患者进行回顾分析,患者自入院后采取了急救、监测、对各脏器加以保护与支持、促进胃肠功能的恢复、有效的心理干预及基础护理等措施。结果:54例重症急性胰腺炎患者治愈33例,外科手术干预11例,死亡10例。结论:有效的临床护理可提高重症急性胰腺炎患者的治疗效果,减少并发症及降低病死率。
