摘要
本文基于2000-2008年相关数据,通过定量分析法对结构偏离度、就业弹性等相关指标进行计算,研究三峡库区重庆段产业结构和就业结构的变动趋势及其匹配程度。认为三峡库区三次产业的产值结构处于工业化加速发展时期,但就业结构还处于工业化发展初期,存在一定程度的错位现象。为促进产业结构和就业结构协调发展,提出推动农村剩余劳动力转移、开发特色农业、发展劳动密集型产业、重视传统第三产业,培育现代服务业以及发展统一劳动力市场的政策建议。
Through quantitative analysis of the developing progress in the industrial structure and employment structure of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area during the period of 2000-2008, this thesis tries to compare the coordination degree between industrial structure and employment structure. As the industrial output value structures shows the region is at a period of rapid development of industrialization, but the employment structure indicated the region is still in its early stage of development of industrialization, so the thesis draws a conclusion that the industrial structure and employment structure are in a low level of coordination. To improve this situation, the paper propose some advices such as promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor, developing characteristic agriculture, expanding labor-intensive industries, attaching importance to traditional tertiary industry, nurturing modem service industry and unifying the labor market.
