摘要
采用超声波法提取洋葱中的黄酮类化合物,通过光谱分析法测定了黄酮含量.方法的回收率为99·6%~102·1%,相对标准偏差小于0.18%.并通过荧光光谱法测定了洋葱的抗氧化性,所得结果表明。洋葱具有较高的黄酮含量和较强的抗氧化性能.
The ultrasonic extraction method was used for extracting flavonoids in Allium cepa. The flavonoids in Allium cepa were determined by spectrophotometry,the recovery was 99.6% - 102.1% and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.18 %. Antioxidation effect of the AUium cepa was determined by fluorimetry. The results show that the AUium cepa abundant in the flavones compounds and has a strong antioxidative effect.
