已糖和有机酸对葡萄炭疽病菌生长发育的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究了不同浓度的糖、酸、单宁对葡萄炭疽病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响。结果表明:葡萄糖和果糖有利于炭疽病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发,当葡萄糖浓度达20%时,菌落直径最大,为7.4cm;孢子萌发率最高,为73.69%;果糖浓度达24%时,菌落直径最大,为8.4cm;孢子萌发率最高,为83.33%。苹果酸和酒石酸对炭疽病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有明显抑制作用,苹果酸和酒石酸浓度分别达4.0%和3.5%时,菌丝不生长,孢子萌发率为0。单宁对病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发也有一定抑制作用,当单宁浓度达1280mg·L-1时,菌落直径仅有1.9cm,孢子萌发率为9%。随着糖含量的减少和有机酸、单宁含量的增加,病菌的生长发育受到明显抑制。 Effect of soluble sugar,organic acid and tannins of different concentrations on growth and development of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were identified.The results testified that the mycelium growth and spore germination of pathogenic bacteria were promoted by glucose and fructose.When the optimum concentration of glucose was 20%,colony diameter was 7.4cm and spore germination rate was 73.69%.when the optimum concentration of fructose was 24%,colony diameter was 8.4cm and spore germination rate was 83.33%.The mycelium growth and spore germination of pathogenic bacteria were inhibited by the malic acid,tartaric acid and tannins.When the concentrations of malic acid and tartaric acid were 4.0% and 3.5%,the mycelium stopped growing and spore germination rate was 0.When the concentration of tannins was 1280 mg·L-1,colony diameter was 1.9cm and spore germination rate was 9%.The increasing of soluble sugar and decreasing of organic acid and tannins,the growth and development of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were inhibited obviously.
