摘要
目的:评估电针治疗对酒精依赖患者住院治疗期间情绪改善的影响。方法:将64例酒精依赖患者随机分为药物治疗组和药物治疗加电针治疗组,住院4周后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和汉密尔顿评定量表(HAMD、HAMA)对患者一般精神状况和焦虑抑郁水平进行评定。结果:药物治疗加电针治疗组患者焦虑抑郁量表得分显著低于单纯药物治疗组(P<0.05),其SCL-90量表中总分和阳性项目均分显著低于单纯用药组,抑郁、焦虑、人际关系和敌对因子得分异常率显著低于单纯药物组(P<0.05)。结论:电针治疗可以显著改善酒精依赖患者住院期间的一般精神健康状况。
Objective： To assess the therapeutic effect electroacupuneture for treatment of emotional disturbance of patients with alcohol dependence syndrome in hospital.Methods：Sixty - four eases were randomly divided into an observation group （n = 32） and a control group （n = 32）. The observation group was treated by electroacupuneture combined with antidepressant drugs （fluoxetine）. The control group was treated by oral administration of fluoxetine only. Eemotional disturbances were measured using the Symptom Checklist - 90 （SCL - 90）, hamilton rating scale for depression （HAMD） and hamilton rating scale for anxiety （HAMA）.Results： The reduction of HAMD, HAMA in the observation group were more than that of in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）, and improvements of SCL - 90 in the observation group were superior to those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05） .Conclusion： Electroacupuncture is an effectually therapy for treatment of emotional disturbance of patients with alcohol dependence syndrome in hospital.
