摘要
试验从野生铁皮石斛根、茎中分离获得内生细菌10株、内生真菌21株。以菌液制剂分析其对组培铁皮石斛的促生作用,经筛选及验证,结果表明:内生细菌ZJSH1对铁皮石斛组培苗具有显著的促生作用,且培养液稀释102倍后促生效果最佳。
Plant endophyte strains were isolated from roots and stems of Dendrobium candidum,10 of them was bacterium,and 21 was fungi. Growth-promoting test was carried out through inoculating endophyte suspension into seedlings of plant tissue culture. The results indicated that ZJSH1 could promote the growth of Dendrobium candidum apparentely,and the best effect was abtained with nutrient solution diluted 100 times.
