摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在经尿道等离子前列腺双极电切术患者中的应用效果。方法:将250例接受经尿道等离子前列腺双极汽化电切术患者随机分为观察组130例和对照组120例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在术前、术中、术后分别实施舒适护理。比较两组患者的舒适程度,术后并发症的发生情况及对护理工作的满意情况。结果:观察组患者的舒适程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症的发生情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者在术前、术中、术后对护理工作的满意情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过对患者术前、术中、术后进行系统的舒适护理,可使患者对手术充满信心,为手术顺利进行创造良好的条件,减少术中并发症的发生,对保证手术安全有重要的意义。
Objective：To discuss the effect of comfort care used in transurethral prostatectomy of the plasma gasification bipolar turp patient.Methods：250 patients were divided into observation group（n=130）and control group（n=120）.The patients in the control group received routine nursing.The patient in the observation group received comfort care before,in and after operation.To compare the comfortable level,satisfaction situation and complication postoperation.Results：The patient＇s comfortable level and satisfaction were significantly better while complication occur rate was lower in observation grop than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comfort care can improve the satisfaction level and reduce the occur rate of complications of transurethral prostatectomy of the plasma gasification bipolar turp patient.It is worth to spread in clinical.
