摘要
为了研究矿渣对固井液性能的影响,通过对国内外主要的有关的矿渣固井技术的文献进行调研,对高炉水淬矿渣结构特、性能及其水化机理、影响矿渣固井液的固化因素和矿渣固化体性能和高温性能及其力学性能进行研究,用高炉水淬矿渣和油井水泥浆配制了一系列固井液并在不同水灰比下对其性能进行了实验研究。试验结果表明在0.44水灰比时,矿渣加量为30%时油井水泥的抗温性能最好。试模抗压强度也变好。在0.60水灰比时,矿渣加量达到30%时,试模抗压强度最高,固井液的表观粘度、塑性粘度、动切力也相应的有所提高,可增强固井液的稳定性。在0.80水灰比时,矿渣加入量为20%时,试模抗压强度最高,表观粘度不变,塑性粘度和动切力变化较小,可以提高固井质量。
In order to study of blast furnace slag effect on cement slurry,This paper has researched about worldwild literatures of slag well cement technique,included property and existence questions of blast furnace slag,cement slurry and solidified body of slag furnace. A series of blast furnace slag cementing fluid are prepared from a blast furnace slag and slurry using of oil well are evaluated in laboratory for their performance properties at different ratio of water to cement.It is shown that at the ratio of 0.44(water to cement), Anti-temperature property of slurry using of oil well is the best and compressive resistance of experimental model is improved when the dosage of blast furnace slag reach to 30%.At the ratio of 0.60(water to cement),compressive resistance of experimental model is the highest and the apparent viscosity,PV,yield of cement slurry is improved when the dosage of blast furnace slag reach to 30%.At the ratio of 0.80(water to cement),compressive resistance of experimental model is the highest and the apparent viscosity is fixed and PV and yield have few changes,so cementing quality can be improved.
