摘要
目的:观察及分析眼底荧光血管造影中荧光素钠注射液的不良反应。方法:回顾性分析2008～2009年行眼底荧光血管造影检查的1450例患者不良反应发生率及其处理方法。结果:1450例患者发生荧光素钠注射液不良反应共93例,占6.41%。结论:荧光素钠注射液在眼底荧光血管造影中可致轻重不一的不良反应,多数轻微,但在临床应用中应严格掌握适应证和禁忌证,对可能发生的紧急情况做好及时救治的准备,以确保患者的生命安全。
Objective：To observation and analysis of side efforts of fluorescein sodium injection in fundus fluorescein angiography.Methods：The incidence of side efforts and treatments of 1 450 cases in fundus fluorescein angiography were retropective analyzed from 2008 to 2009.Results：93 cases had side efforts in 1 450 patients,accounting for 6.41%.Conclusion：Fluorescein sodium injection can cause side efforts of varying severity,mostly minor.However, indications and contraindications should be strictly controlled.We should prepare enough to ensure patients safely in cases of emergency.
