摘要
在对产业发展形势与文献资料分析的基础上,提出我国食用菌产业发展路线图和产业链构成图,初步绘制了我国食用菌产业的技术路线图,同时对我国食用菌产业发展所面临的知识产权与保护、资金与融资、市场与环境等进行了分析,最后提出了加速发展我国食用菌产业的建议。
Based on analyses of edible fungi industry development situation and literature materials,a constitute diagram of the development roadmap and industry chain of edible fungi industry in China were proposed.And preliminarily drew a technology roadmap for the Chinese edible fungi industry.Meanwhile intellectual property rights and their protection,fund and financing,market and environments lie ahead of the industry in China were analyzed.Finally,suggestions were proposed to expedite the development of edible fungi industry in China.
