摘要
[目的]研究辛夷挥发油纳米滴鼻剂对大鼠鼻黏膜血管通透性的影响.[方法]40只SD大鼠随机分成正常组、麻黄碱组、辛夷挥发油组、辛夷纳米滴鼻剂小剂量组、辛夷纳米滴鼻剂大剂量组,按照鼻黏膜色素渗出法的操作,测定用药后单位重量鼻黏膜组织浸泡液的吸光度(A)值,按回归方程计算EB的含量进行统计分析。[结果]与正常组相比,辛夷挥发油、辛夷挥发油纳米滴鼻剂对大鼠鼻黏膜毛细血管通透性有抑制作用,大剂量的辛夷挥发油纳米滴鼻剂与同浓度的辛夷挥发油滴鼻剂作用与麻黄碱作用相当,小剂量的辛夷挥发油纳米滴鼻剂作用则不及麻黄碱。[结论]辛夷挥发油纳米滴鼻剂对鼻黏膜通透性有抑制作用。
[Objetive] To study the effects of nasal nano-naristilla of Mangnolian Biondii volatile oil on mueosa permeability. [Method] 40 rats were randomly divided into normal group, Ephedrine group, Mangnolian Biondii volatile oil group, Mangnolian Biondii volatile oil (low dose) group, nano-naristilla of Mangnolian Biondii volatile oil (large dose) group. Follow the procedure of stain exudation method to get the absorbance value(A value) of nasal mucosa. According to the regression equation of EB density to cal- culate the content of EB in the nasal mueosa and make statistical analysis. [Result]Compared to normal group, the other 4 groups showed depressant effect mucosa permeability. Compared to the Ephedrine group, the nano-naristilla Mangnolian Biondii volatile oil (large dose) and Mangnolian Biondii volatile oil had the similar effect on the mueosa permeability, the nano-naristilla of Mangnolian Biondii volatile oil (low dose) was inferior to the Ephedrine. [Conclusion] The nano-naristilla of Mangnolian Biondii volatile oil has inhibitory action on mucosa permeability.
