摘要
目的:研究乳欣安胶囊(淫羊藿、蛇床子、全蝎)中活性物质淫羊藿苷、蛇床子素的测定及蛇床子、全蝎鉴定。方法:采用薄层色谱法对该复方中蛇床子、全蝎药材进行色谱鉴别,HPLC法测定乳欣安胶囊中淫羊藿苷和蛇床子素的含量。结果:该制剂中,蛇床子、全蝎有良好的展开系统,不存在阴性干扰。淫羊藿苷在61.7ng～740.4ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.86%,RSD为0.82%;蛇床子素在57.4ng～688.8ng范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.55%,RSD为0.71%。结论:本方法简便可行,可做为乳欣安胶囊的质量标准。
AIM： To determine quantitatively active ingredients,icariine and osthole,and to identify Fructus Cnidium and Scorpio in Ruxinan Capsule （ Folium Epimedii,Fructus Cnidii,Scorpio）. METHODS： Fructus Cnidium and Scorpio were identified by TLC and the contents of icariine and osthole were determined by HPLC. RESULTS： Fructus Cnidium and Scorpio were clearly separated in the TLC chromatogram. The results of HPLC analysis for icariine were： a linear range of 61. 7 ng-740. 4 ng,r = 0. 999 6,an average recovery of 99. 86% with a RSD of 0. 82% and the corresponding data for osthole were： a linear range of 57. 4 ng-688. 8 ng,r = 0. 999 8, an average recovery of 99. 55% with a RSD of 0. 71% . CONCLUSION： This method is simple and feasible and can be used as quality standards for Ruxinan Capsule.
