摘要
投资与消费间合理比例是保证经济可持续增长的重要因素。从1980～2007年天津市投资与消费比例的变动趋势中,可以发现投资率波动呈上升趋势,消费率波动呈下降趋势。在与国际比较中,我们发现天津市的投资率偏高,消费率偏低,并且近几年这种趋势越来越严重。为了促进天津经济持续稳定增长,必须调整投资与消费间比例关系。
An appropriate proportion of investment and consumption is an important factor to maintain steady and rapid economic development. After analyzing the changing trend of the proportion in Tianjin from 1980 to 2007,we found that the investment rate rises while the final consumption rate declines during fluctuating. As a conclusion,the investment rate of Tianjin is higher while the consumption rate is lower,and the degree of the difference rises gradually in recent years. It is necessary for a reasonable adjustment in investment and consumption in order to deeply promote to Tianjin economic growth,so the paper brings forward some step.
