摘要
分析研究了上海市创业农民培训的现状和存在问题,认为培训在对象的选择、课程的安排、师资的配备、服务的提高等方面均存在不足,指出应努力开拓培训对象的选择范围,完善课程安排,提高师资水平,加强指导扶持服务力度,总结创业农民培训的相关经验,推动农民创业的工作不断提高。
The status and problems of farmers＇ enterprising training in Shanghai were analyzed.There were many disadvantages in the selection of training object,course arrangement,teacher allocation and service system.Therefore,we must improve the selection of training object,course arrangement and teachers＇ level,strengthen the guide and support,summarize the experiences of farmers＇ enterprising training in order to promote farmer entrepreneurship.
