摘要
女职工劳动保护是工会女工工作的重中之重,也是企业劳动保护工作的重要组成部分。严格遵守国家相关法规,建立健全企业对女职工劳动保护的制度,发挥工会维护弱势群体的作用,改善女职工工作环境和劳动条件,对于构建和谐劳动关系、建设和谐企业具有重要意义。
Women labor protection is the most important in the work of women employee of the trade union, and also the important part of labor protection work in enterprise. To follow strictly related national regulations and acts, establish and perfect system of women labor protection in enterprise, play the role of the trade union of protecting weak masses and improve women employees＇ working environment and conditions are very important for construction of harmonious labor relation and enterprise.
