摘要
采用硅酸盐、硅溶胶、钛溶胶和稀土转化四种工艺对镁-锂合金阳极氧化膜进行封孔后处理。采用了扫描电镜、点滴实验和极化曲线测试分别对封孔前、后氧化膜的表面形貌和耐蚀性能进行表征。结果表明:经4种封孔工艺处理后的氧化膜表面形貌得到了不同程度的改善,耐蚀性能都比未封孔前有所提高;在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl腐蚀介质中,经稀土转化封孔后的氧化膜耐蚀性能最好。
The sealing treatment for anodic films on Mg-Li alloy was conducted by silicate,silica sol,titanic sol and rare earth conversion coating.The morphology and corrosion resistances of the films before and after sealing were examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),spot test and polarization curves respectively.The results show that the morphology of the films treated by four sealing technologies is improved at different extents,and the corrosion resistance of the films is all improved to some extent.In 3.5 % NaCl corrosion medium,the anodic film sealed by rare earth conversion coating has the best corrosion resistance.
