摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌患者血清COX-2与ANXA1的表达及其意义。方法:采用ELISA法检测乳腺癌组49例,乳腺良性病变组23例,健康对照组20例血清中COX-2与ANXA1的水平。结果:①乳腺癌血清组COX-2水平高于乳腺良性病变组及健康对照组,而ANXA1则低于乳腺良性病变组及健康对照组,二者在3组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);②二者联合检测对乳腺癌诊断灵敏度为95.9%,特异度为48.8%;③COX-2的表达与TNM分期、腋淋巴结转移程度有关;ANXA1的表达与肿瘤直径、TNM分期、腋淋巴结转移程度有关。结论:血清COX-2与ANXA1的水平在一定程度上反映了乳腺癌的生物学特性;二者联合检测可提高乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度,对乳腺癌的早期诊断可能有重要意义。
Objective:To study the expression and significance of serum COX-2 and ANXA1 in breast cancer.Methods:The serum concentration of COX-2 and ANXA1 was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbentassay in three groups.Fourty-nine cases with breast cancer,23 cases with benign breast disease and 20 healthy controls were studied.Results:The concentration of COX-2 in breast cancer group was higher than that in benign breast disease group and healthy group,however,the expression of the ANXA1 was opposite.There was statistical significance in the concentration of COX-2 and ANXA1 among the three groups(P〈0.05).In combined assay of COX-2 and ANXA1,the sensitivity was 95.9%,the specificity was 48.8%.The expression of COX-2 was associated with patient's clinical stages,lymphnode metastasis.The expression of ANXA1 was associated with patient's tumor size,clinical stages and lymphnode metastasis.Conclusion:Combined analysis has improved the diagnosis ratio of breast cancer.The expression of COX-2 and ANXA1 are correlated with the biological characteristics of breast cancer,and it may be used as indicators of assessment and prognosis in breast cancer.
