摘要
铝活塞采用内冷油腔结构设计,可以降低其本体工作温度,保障活塞和活塞环工作时的可靠性。内冷油腔主要采用氯化钠压制盐芯并铸入活塞毛坯中的方法形成。通过试验考察了不同压力下盐芯的紧实率、密度和强度的对应关系,给出了盐芯模具型腔设计的通用标准和压制工艺规范。经推广验证,试验结论作为工艺规范已成功用于其他产品的批量生产,效果良好。
AI alloy piston designed with inner cooling channel structure can reduce its operating temperature, and ensure the working reliability of piston and piston ring. At present, inner cooling channel was chiefly shaped by salt core which was made from sodium chloride by extruding manufacture method and cast into piston subsequently. This paper researched the salt core's compacted rate, density and intensity under different pressures by experiment. The results gave out general standard of extruding dies design of salt core and extruding technology. It had been proved successfully being as the technology standard and using in batch production of making other type of products with good effect.
