摘要
本文在分析日本广告自律机制的基础上,阐述了日本广告自律机制的特征及意义。在对我国广告监管机制进行反思的同时,提出了构建符合国情的第三方广告自律审查机构的设想。
Based on the analysis of self-discipline system on Japanese advertisement, illustrated its characteristics and significance. At the meantime, we also introspected Chinese advertisement supervision system and put forward the suggestions for construction a third-party' s advertisement self-discipline System which is suited for china' s advertising environment.
