11例周期性呕吐综合征患儿的护理

摘要 周期性呕吐综合征（cyclic vomiting syndrome，CVS）又称再发性呕吐综合征（recurrent vomiting syndrome），是主要发生在儿科年龄段的功能性胃肠道疾病，其特点是≥3次的发作性顽固性的恶心、呕吐，每次发作持续数小时至数日，两次发作间有长达数周至数月的完全无症状间歇期，患儿不存在任何代谢、神经、消化等系统的异常。CVS患儿发作期非常衰弱、倦怠，严重影响生活和学习。
