MGH956合金冷轧薄板粗大再结晶晶粒形成机理 被引量:1

Forming mechanism for large recrystallization grains in MGH956 alloy cold rolled sheet

摘要 探讨MGH956合金冷轧薄板中粗大再结晶晶粒的形成原因,以及合金中的弥散颗粒对再结晶过程的作用和影响。结果表明MGH956合金中存在的细小弥散Y2O3颗粒,抑制了再结晶的形核过程,使合金中仅形成少量形核核心,在1300℃左右高温退火中,少量形核核心迅速长大,因此形成了粗大的再结晶晶粒组织。 The formation mechanism for large recrystalliztion grains and the effect of dispersion particles on recrystallization in MGH956 alloy cold rolled sheet was investigated.The results show that fine Y2 O3 dispersion particles in MGH956 alloy retard the formation of recrystallization nuclei,so only a few of nuclei form in MGH956 alloy cold rooled sheet during annealing,and these nuclei grow very fast to very coarse recrystallized grains when the MGH956 alloy cold rolled sheet annealed at about 1300 ℃.
