摘要
ARIZ算法将技术矛盾、物理矛盾、物-场模型、小人法、理想解、知识库等TRIZ工具纳入解题流程中,通过循环结构对初始问题进行一系列变形及再定义,实现对问题的逐步深入分析和转化,最终解决问题。本文介绍了ARIZ-85C的解题流程、各部分的指导思想以及适用情境,并在林木生物质粉碎机设计中应用ARIZ算法,得到了的创新设计方案—双层筛式粉碎机。
The flow process of ARIZ algorithm integrated many TRIZ tools such as technical contradictions,physical contradictions,Sub stance-Field model,small-persons model,Ideal Final Results and knowledge depository;through the recurrent structure carries on a series of deformation and re-definition to the initial question,realizes to the question gradually thorough analysis and the transformation,ultimately solves the problem.This paper introduced the ARIZ-85C problem-solving flow and guiding ideology as well as the the suitable situation,and an innovative scheme-double screen pulverizer for forest biomasses was made sure by applying ARIZ algorithm.
