稠油油藏水驱转热采开发经济技术界限 被引量:18

Economic and technical limit of thermal development after water flooding in heavy oil reservoir

摘要 稠油油藏水驱采收率低,因其原油粘度高,不适合转化学驱,但转热采可大幅度提高采收率。以孤岛油田孤六区东3-34井区为例,运用数值模拟手段,分析稠油油藏水驱采收率的主要影响因素和转热采后的效果,论证了转注蒸汽热采的可行性。在此基础上,通过对水驱后转热采影响因素的定量分析,研究了转热采时机、油层有效厚度及原油粘度与转热采提高采收率的关系,结合经济评价,建立了水驱转蒸汽吞吐和蒸汽驱的开发经济技术界限公式。研究表明,低效水驱稠油油藏通过转热采可大幅度提高采收率,符合条件的油藏应及早转热采,仅转蒸汽吞吐就可提高采收率10%左右,转蒸汽驱后还能提高采收率10%以上,转热采可以作为水驱稠油油藏提高采收率的主要接替开发方式。 The performance of water flooding was low in heavy oil reservoir.Chemical flooding is also not applicable for the high viscosity oil,however, its recovery factor could be enhanced greatly by means of thermal development.Taking the east 3-34 well block of Gu 6 area of Gudao oilfield as the example,and with the help of numerical method,the feasibility of steam injection after water flooding was studied through the analysis of main factor controlling water flooding in heavy oil reservoir and the thermal performance after water flooding. Based on that,this paper studied the switching occasion of thermal production and the relation among effective thickness and viscosity and the recovery that is enhanced by the quantitative analysis of controlling factors.Meanwhile,combined with the economic evaluation, this paper established technical limit charts and formula for steam puff-huff and steam flooding after water flooding.The results showed that the low efficient water-flooding reservoir could be improved greatly if it was changed to thermal production.This kind of reservoir should be changed to thermal production earlier.The recovery of steam puff-huff after water flooding may be enhanced by 10%.Subsequently, the recovery factor may be further enhanced by more than 10%if the steam flooding was implemented.In summary,the thermal production could be considered as a dominant succeeding approach for the low efficient water-flooding reservoir.
