摘要
本文对肿瘤学临床实习中的问题进行了分析，指出应当通过增加选修实习学时，改进教学方法，注重学生综合素质、实践能力培养等举措，提高肿瘤学的临床实习质量。
The authors analyzed the current training status of medical students in oncology teaching. In order to improve the clinical training quality in oncology teaching, several measures should be adopted including increasing the teaching hours of selective courses, reforming teaching methods and focusing on developing students＇ comprehensive quality and practical skills.
