摘要
目的探讨血液净化中心医院感染管理对策,预防医院感染。方法通过对血液净化中心的环境进行合理布局、流程进行合理设置,建立健全医院感染管理组织及各项制度,加强各层次相关人员的医院感染知识教育培训,做好职业防护,加强一次性物品的管理等相关措施,有效控制医院感染的发生。结果通过强化血液净化中心的医院感染管理,有效的防止了医院感染的发生,血液净化中心自成立以来共透析患者数约7万例次,未发生一例医源性感染。结论思想上重视,组织制度健全且控制措施落实,培训到位,是保证医疗安全预防医院感染的关键所在。
OBJECTIVE To explore the administration strategy of the hospital infection in blood purification center, to prevent the hospital infection. METHODS Rational distribution of environment in the blood purification center and rational installation of flow-sheet were carried out, to establish perfective administration organizations and institution of hospital infection, enhance learning and training of hospital infection to relevant personnel, reinforce vocation protection, strengthen management of disposable item and other relevant measures were adopted to prevent the hospital infection in blood purification center. RESULTS No hospital infection occurred since the establishment of blood purification center, and by strengthening the management of hospital infection in blood purification centre, the hospital infection was effectively prevented. CONCLUSIONS Attaching importance to thoughts, sound implementation of the organization system and perfect training are the key measures to ensure the medical safety to prevent the hospital infection.
