摘要
在生物有机体中，一个细胞核中所含的ＤＮＡ总量对于某种类有机体是一定的。利 用流式细胞计测量细胞中的ＤＮＡ含量，可以用来鉴别有机体的倍性。本文首次报道了用流 式细胞计测定中国对虾（Ｐｅｎａｅｕｓ ｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）、日本对虾（Ｐ． ｊａｐｏｎｉｃｕｓ）和刀额新对虾（Ｍｅｔａｐｅｎａｅｕｓ ｅｎｓｉｓ）倍性的结果。
: The amount of DNA in the nucleus of a cell is specific to the type of organism. It can be used to identify the ploidy of organism to measure the DNA relative content of cells by flow cytometry. ThiS paper report the results of ploidy de- tection of shrimps Penaeus chinensis,P,japonicus and Mpetapenaeus ensis by flow cytometry.
