摘要
对国内1 000 MW机组锅炉电除尘器前后烟道在布置上存在的问题进行了分析,并根据计算机模型进行了模拟计算比较,提出了1 000 MW机组烟道的设计优化布置方案,目的是既要减少烟道长度,降低烟道的金属耗量,又要保证除尘器入口烟气流量分配均匀。
The paper makes an analysis of the common problems of the flue gas duct arrangement at the ESP inlet and outlet in the 1 000 MW power plant projects. According to computer simulation results, an optimized arrangement scheme is proposed which can not only assure the uniform distribution of flue gas in three chambers of ESP but also can shorten the flue gas duct.
