摘要
目的:探讨血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床应用价值。方法:27例蛛网膜下腔出血患者,经DSA证实为共34枚破裂动脉瘤,我们采用血管内介入置入电解可脱弹簧圈术治疗。结果:27例患者34枚颅内动脉瘤中瘤腔致密栓塞21枚,栓塞90%以上9枚,栓塞85%～90%4枚。结论:颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞治疗成功率高,术后并发症少,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical significane of endovascular embolization in intraeranial aneurysm.Methods：27 patients were all subarachnoid hemorrhage.There were 34 ruptured aneurysms confirmed by DSA.All cases were treated with guglieimi detachable coils（GDC）.Results：In 34 ruptured aneurysms,21 ruptured aneurysms were pykno- embolismed,9 ruptured aneurysms were embolismed over 90%,4 ruptured aneurysms were embolismed between 85% to 90%.Conelusion：The achievement ratio of endovascular embolization in ruptured aneurysm is high,and postoperative complications are less,the therapy of endovascular embolization in ruptured aneurysm is safety and efficient way.
