消炎止痒喷雾剂药效学实验研究

摘要 目的:研究消炎止痒喷雾剂的体外抑菌、杀菌及消炎止痒作用。方法:按照《全国临床检验操作规程》检验消炎止痒喷雾剂对金黄色葡萄球菌,肺炎克雷伯菌,大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌及白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC),并作三种病原菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌)的时间一杀菌曲线(KCs)和二甲苯致小鼠耳廊肿胀的消炎作用及组胺致豚鼠瘙痒的止痒作用的试验。结果:本药液对实验的5种病原菌均具有抑菌和杀菌作用、且有明显量效关系,对小鼠耳廊肿胀有消炎作用,并能提高组胺致豚鼠搔痒反应阈值。结论:消炎止痒喷雾剂具有抑菌杀菌消炎和止痒作用。 Objective:Study on bacterial-inhibiting and bactericidal as well as antiinflammation and antipruritic action of antiinflammation and antipruritic spray in vitro.Methods:Following National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Procedures,inspect Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration(MBC) of antiinflammation and antipruritic spray acting on Staphylococcus Aureus,Klebsiella Pneumonia,E.Coli,P.Aerugmosa and Candida albicans; Create time-kill curve of 3 kinds of pathogenic bacteria(Staphylococcus Aureus,E.Coli,and P.Aeruginosa),(KCs)and perform test of antiinflammation action on mouse auricle edema induced by dimethylbenzene as well as test of antipruritic action on pruritis of guinea pig induced by histamine.Results:The medicated solution possesses bacterial-inhibiting and bactericidal effect on the 5 kinds of pathogenic bacteria with significant dose-effect relationship and antiinflammation effect on mouse auricle edema, increasing reaction threshold value of pruritic reaction of guinea pig induced by histamine.
