摘要
目的观察高分辨率MRI平行于视神经的轴位及斜矢状位重建测量国人正常成年男性视神经长度的差异。方法对500例无视力障碍的中国成年男性志愿者行全脑T1加权三维磁化强度预备梯度回波序列扫描。采用Aquariusws软件重建轴位及斜矢状位MR图像,测量各段视神经长度,比较两种重建方法的差异性。结果平行于视神经的轴位及斜矢状位MRI均可清晰显示视神经的结构。轴位测量视神经全长为(43.58±3.41)mm,斜矢状位为(42.13±3.26)mm,轴位测量值大于斜矢状位(P<0.05)。结论高分辨率MRI可清晰显示视神经整体轮廓,准确测量视神经长度,平行于视神经的轴位重建是测量视神经长度的最佳方法之一。
Objective To compare the difference of the length of optic nerve in normal adult male Chinese measured on axial or oblique sagittal reconstruction with high-resolution MRI. Methods Totally 500 adult male Chinese without visual dysfunction underwent brain MR scan with T1 weighted three-dimensional magnetization-prepared rapid acquisition gradientecho sequence. The reconstructed images of axial and oblique sagittal section parallel with optic nerve were obtained with Aquariusws 3D analysis software. The length of the optic nerve was measured on both axial and oblique sagittal images, and the difference between the two methods was studied. Results The anatomy of the optic nerve could be clearly displayed on both axial and oblique sagittal images. The full length of optic nerve was (43.58± 3.41) mm on axial image and (42.13±3.26) mm on oblique sagittal image. The measured value of axial image was higher than that of oblique sagittal image (P〈 0.05). Conclusion High-resolution MRI can well display the optic nerve, while axial reconstruction is one of the best ways to measure the length of optic nerve.
