微弧氧化AZ91D镁合金骨结合性能的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨微弧氧化(Micro-arc oxidation,MAO)AZ91D镁合金的骨结合性能。方法 8只新西兰大白兔随机分为2组,采用自身对照,完全随机化设计,于一侧股骨内植入MAOAZ91D镁合金试样作为实验组,另一侧相同部位植入纯钛试样作为对照组。分别于植入后4周和12周时各处死4只实验动物。制作不脱钙的带试样的硬组织磨片,进行甲苯胺蓝和亚甲基蓝-碱性品红染色,光镜观察材料与骨组织的结合情况。结果 4周时MAOAZ91D实验组成骨细胞数量较少,且形态不及纯钛对照组排列规则;12周时MAOAZ91D组与纯钛对照组成骨细胞数目接近且排列也较规则;材料与骨组织结合紧密。结论微弧氧化AZ91D镁合金具有较好的骨结合性能。 Objective To investigate the synostosis of AZ91D magnesium alloy modified by micro-arc oxidation of rabbit femurs.Methods Eight New Zealand rabbits were divided into 2 groups randomly:the experimental group,magnesium alloy modified by micro-arc oxidation,and the control group,pure titanium.The samples were collected from rabbit femurs 4 weeks and 12 weeks after implantation.Then we produced undecalcified bone films with grinding bone implant,and with toluidine blue and methylene blue-fuchsine staining methods.We observed the osseointegration between materials and rabbit bone.Results The experimental group produced less than the control group at week 4.But at week 12,the two groups had the similar results.Conclusions The AZ91D magnesium alloy modified by micro-arc oxidation possesses good biocompatibility of osseointegration.
