基于可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱分析技术的燃烧烟气组分浓度和温度的测量分析

Analysis of Gas Concentration and Temperature Measurement in Combustion Based on the Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy

摘要 针对目前燃烧测量中的不足,结合国内外燃烧检测技术的发展趋势,提出采用可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术测量燃烧组分和温度的方法并概述了该技术的特点。首先分别详细推导了该测量技术的浓度和温度测量的原理,并分别介绍直接吸收测量方法和二次谐波测量方法的特性以及两者之间的差异。在实验室中,运用二次谐波测量方法标定了从600℃~1000℃的标定曲线。通过应用实例的介绍和该项测量技术的特点分析,指出该测量技术将在燃烧的烟气组分浓度和烟气温度的测量中得到广泛的应用。 TDLAS is applied to combustion measurement concerning with the gas concentration and temperature in the harsh condition.This paper first presents the theory of gas concentration and temperature measurement in detail,and then gives two different measurement methods which include the Direct Absorption Measurement and Wavelength Modulation Spectroscopy.In the laboratory,a calibration curve for the temperature measurement was build from 600 ℃ to 1 000 ℃.Finally,through the application examples of this technology in documents and the analysis of the characteristics of the measurement technology,it is noted that TDLAS will be widely used for the measurement of gas concentration and temperature in combustion.
