镀锌板铈钼复合成膜工艺及其耐蚀性能 被引量:2

Technology and Corrosion Inhibition Properties of Mo-Ce Composite Passivation Films on Galvanized Sheet

摘要 采用Pb(Ac)2点滴试验测定钝化膜的耐蚀性能,研究了硝酸铈盐与钼酸盐复合钝化成膜工艺,通过L18(37)正交试验和进一步的单因素试验,确定最适宜的成膜工艺条件为:钝化液浓度8 g/L,pH值6,钝化时间90 s,钝化温度45℃,干燥时间65 min,干燥温度30℃,原料摩尔比1∶1.5,最优工艺下醋酸铅点滴初变黑时间可达到40 s。电化学极化曲线及电化学阻抗谱分析结果表明,复合钝化膜主要影响阳极反应历程,能显著提高镀锌层和单一钝化膜的耐蚀能力。 The corrosion resistance of passive films was examined by Pb(Ac)2 titration test.Studied by L18(37) orthogonal test and single factor tests,the optimal composite passivation technology of molybdate and cerium salt is: passivation solution concentration 8 g/L,pH 6,passivation time 90 s,passivation temperature 45 ℃,drying time 65 min,drying temperature 30 ℃,raw material mole ratio 1∶1.5.Under the optimal conditions the Pb(Ac)2 titration test could achieve 40s.Electrochemical polarization curves and electrochemical impendence spectroscopy showed that the composite passivation film could improve the corrosion resistance of zinc coating and single cerium salt or molybdate salt conversion films markedly,mostly due to the influence on the anodic reactions in the corrosion process.
