摘要
简要介绍了国内首口TAML4级完井同向双层鱼骨型分支水平井边台-H3Z井的设计概况,分析了该井的钻井技术难点,从井眼轨迹控制、动力钻具选择、钻具组合和钻井液体系的优选、窗口保护、套管内分支与完井、悬空侧钻及夹壁墙的保护等方面,对该井所采取的技术措施进行了详细介绍。该井的成功,为应用分支水平井技术开发古潜山难动用储量、提高单井产量、提高采收率、降低综合开发成本、提高经济效益开辟了新的途径。
Biantai-H3Z Well is the first accordant double layer fishbone horizontal well completed with TAML4 technology in China.This paper details technical challenges of this well,including well path control,mud motor selection,bottom hole assembly and drilling fluid optimization,sidetracking,protections to lateral drilling and completion inside casing strings.The success in this well provides a new method to develop the hard-to-recover reserves in buried hill reservoir,to improve the recovery factor,single well production,to reduce the project cost and to enhance economic benefits.
