摘要
介绍了PLC与组态王在四工位组合机床控制系统设计中的应用。利用PLC作为主控制器实现了四工位组合机床手动、半自动以及全自动等多种控制方式,并利用组态王组态软件设计了整个系统的监控画面,实现了四工位组合机床的自动化控制。
This paper introduces the application of Programmable Logic Controller （PLC） and the Kingview to design of the four-station combination machine control system. Manual, semi-automatic and automatic control of the four-station combination machine are realized by using the PLC controller. The overall picture of the operating machin is provided by the monitor and control system based on Kingview configuration software.
