摘要
目的：观察膝关节镜术后,关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠辅以口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2005年1月-2009年11月340例膝关节骨性关节炎的临床资料。结果：本组患者340例（596膝）均获随访,时间为5个月-4年。优：408膝,良：148膝,可：30膝,差：10膝。优良率为93.3%,有效率为98.3%。无关节感染等并发症。结论：关节镜清理术后,关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠加口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combing with oral glucosamine hydrochloride tablets on postoperative knee osteoarthritis.Methods： Data of 340 osteoarthritis（586 knees） cases who were admitted to our hospital during January 2005 To November 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results： According to the follow up ranging from 5 months to 4 years,408 knees were evaluated as excellent,148 were good,30 were ok,and 10 were poor,with a total excellent rate of 93.3%,effective rate of 98.3%,no complications like joint infection was observed.Conclusion： After arthroscopy surgery,intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combing with oral glucosamine hydrochloride tablets is effective on knee osteoarthritis,and is worth for application in wide scale.
