摘要
首先论述了可持续发展基本涵义及其持续性特征，其次探讨了三峡库区随着三峡工程兴建面临的许多经济、社会问题，并在对此分析的基础上提出了适宜库区可持续发展的一些“匹配模式”，如要优化人力资源，强化环境保护。
First,this thesis discusses the basic implication in the study of sustainable development Second,taking the Three Gorges reservoir area as an example and on the basis of analysis of the background of the reservoir area,problems and mutual relations of reservoir inundation and resettlement,the authors not only put forward some“matching models'suited for major development,but also think that it is necessary to realize the perfection of human resources in the head,to adhere the development orientated resettlement policy in strategy,to intensify our efforts to comprehensively readjust the ecological environment in this area in action
