多孔银的微观结构与纳米压痕法力学性能

摘要 采用去合金化法制备多孔银,研究了浓盐酸浸泡处理对多孔结构的影响,利用纳米压痕技术测试多孔银的硬度并研究其与多孔结构的关系.结果表明:多孔银的孔壁尺寸随浸泡时间增长而增大,孔隙度随浸泡时间增长而减小,硬度随孔隙度的增大而增大,多孔银孔壁的屈服强度远高于多晶银. Porous Ag was fabricated by dealloying an extruded Ag25 Zn75 sheet, and the effects of acid treatments on the porous structure and the relationship between porous structure and hardness obtained by nano-indenta- tion tests were investigated. An increasing in the acid treatment time results in an increasing in ligament size. Hardness is increased with the increasing porosity. The yield strength of the.nanosized Ag ligament is much higher than that of bulk polycrystalline Ag.
