摘要
目的探讨矽肺与NO及氧化和脂质过氧化的关系。方法检测73例矽肺患者和60例健康对照者的血浆NO、VitC、VitE、β胡萝卜素(βCAR)、过氧化脂质(LPO)含量及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活力和LPO含量。结果与对照组比较,矽肺组的血浆VitC、VitE、βCAR含量及红细胞SOD、CAT、GSHPx活力显著降低,血浆NO、LPO含量及红细胞LPO含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);各检测值与病程均有相关;血浆NO、VitE含量及红细胞SOD活力、LPO含量与病程相关最密切。结论矽肺患者体内的NO代谢异常,氧化和脂质过氧化反应病理性加剧。
Objective To study the correlation between silicosis and nitric oxide,oxidation and lipoperoxidation. Methods The nitric oxide(NO),Vit C,Vit E,beta carotene(β CAR) and lipoperoxides(LPO) contents in plasma and superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px) activities,LPO content in erythrocyte of 73 silicosis patients and 60 healthy subjects were measured. Results Compared with the control group,the average contents of Vit C,Vit E, β CAR in plasma and the average activities of SOD,CAT,GSH Px in erythrocyte of the patient group significantly lowered,the average contents of NO,LPO in plasma and LPO in erythrocyte significantly increased ( P < 0.05 or P <0.01).The linear regression and correlation showed that there were linear correlations between all indexes and silicosis courses.The stepwise regression showed that the patients condition correlated most closely to NO,Vit E contents in plasma and SOD activity,LPO content in erythrocyte. Conclusion The metabolism of nitric oxide in silicosis patients was abnormal,and oxidation and lipoperoxidation reaction in silicosis ptients were pathologically exacerbated.
