摘要
为解决广东某大型电厂在多煤种掺烧中存在的问题,开发了一套智能配煤系统。介绍了该系统的框架、开发环境、功能模块划分和主要功能。系统建立了高效的计算模型,充分考虑了混煤和单煤之间复杂的关系,可以对任意煤种进行配煤计算,并且利用实验室掺烧数据、中试所试验数据及过去的掺烧经验,通过多目标模糊决策法确定最优的配煤方案。
In order to solve the problems occurring in multi-coal combustion of a certain power plant in Guangdong,an intelligent control system for multi-coal blending has been developed.An introduction is being made to the frame,development environment,module division and main functions of the system.Efficient calculation models are built,which adequately consider the complicated relationship between single and multi coal category,and therefore are able to make calculation and preparation for any kinds of coal.An optimal coal blending scheme is finally determined by the multi-objective fuzzy decision method based on relevant lab data and past experience.
