摘要 [目的]探明濒危植物东北刺人参(Oplopanax elatus Nakai)组培的可行性,为快速繁殖其种苗提供依据。[方法]以东北刺人参无菌播种苗为材料,研究了BA与NAA的组合浓度和接种方法对不定苗增殖的影响及NAA、活性炭和WPM培养基浓度对生根的影响。[结果]WPM培养基中加入1.0mg/LBA和0.2mg/LNAA,将试管苗顶端去除后进行培养可促进不定苗的形成。3/4WPM培养基中加入0.1mg/LNAA,1.0g/L活性炭时,试管苗生根率达到100%。[结论]利用组培方法扩繁东北刺人参具有可行性,该方法是保护和利用东北刺人参资源的有效途径。 [Objective] The aim was to explore the feasibility of micropropagation in endangered plant-Oplopanax elatus Nakai.[Method]The aseptic seedings were used as experimental explants to investigate the effects of combination of BA with NAA and the inoculation methods on proliferation in vitro and the effects of NAA concentration,activity charcoal,and WPM strength on rooting in vitro were studied.[Results] The results showed that the method which cut the shoot apical bud then inoculated into WPM medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L BA and 0.2 mg/L NAA was favorable for shoot proliferation of O.elatus in vitro;During the rooting stage,100% rooting was observed in 3/4WPM medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/L NAA and 1.0 g/L activity charcoal.[Conclusion] The tissue culture of O.elatus was feasibility and this was the effective way for protecting and exploiting the resource of O.elatus.
