稻草菌糠对AA肉鸡生产性能及部分代谢激素水平的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本文通过选取1日龄192只健康AA肉鸡(公母各半),随机分为4组:对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、试验1组、试验2组和试验3组,各试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的稻草菌糠,研究其不同添加剂量对AA肉鸡生产性能和部分代谢激素水平的影响,并确定其最适添加比例。结果表明:①与对照组相比,49日龄时,试验1组体增重提高6.24%(P<0.05),采食量提高6.74%(P<0.01);②血清中T3、T4、胰岛素水平试验组不同程度地显著性高于对照组。上述结果说明,在基础日粮中添加0.5%的稻草菌糠对AA肉鸡的生产性能和部分代谢激素水平有较显著的改善作用。 192 one-day-age AA broiler chickens (equal numbers of male and female)were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group (fed basal diets),test group 1,test group 2 and test group 3,the diets for test group 1-3 added 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0% straw-fungus chaff respectively to study the effects of different additions on production performance and some metabolic hormones in AA broiler chickens, and to determine the optimum one. Results showed that: ①compared with the control group ,at 49-day-age ,body weight gain of chickens in test group 1 was increased by 6.24% significantly (P〈0.05),feed intake of chickens in test group 1 was increased by 6.74% extremely significantly (P〈0.01); ②the levels of T3,T4 and insulin in the serum of test groups were in different degree significantly higher than control group. It indicated that the basal diets added 0.5% straw-fungus chaff could effectively improve production performance and the levels of some metabolic hormones of AA broiler chickens.
