摘要
文章针对导弹保障装备故障诊断中存在的问题,根据部队装备使用的层次性,提出了基于模糊故障树和故障字典的导弹保障装备综合诊断方法。采用模糊故障树将故障知识和故障树结构进行融合,增加了故障搜索的速度,实现了基层级的快速诊断的需求。根据故障树所确定的组合或插板,采用类故障字典的方法进行模拟电路的故障,满足中继级和基地级诊断的需要。仿真和实践表明,该方法能够满足导弹保障装备全层次的快速、自动诊断。
Aiming at the fault diagnosis of missile support equipment,an integrated diagnostic method based on fuzzy FTA and fault dictionary is proposed on the basis of the requirement of different level of equipment department in this paper.Fuzzy FTA takes full advantages of fault knowledge and experience to regulate the structure weight of FTA.This method increases the search velocity of fault diagnosis and realizes the quick diagnosis in basic level units.The combination or circuit board ascertained by fuzzy FTA is further analyzed to diagnose the fault of analogue circuit to meet the need of intermediate maintenance and base level maintenance.Simulation and practice show that this method is effective to achieve quickly automatic diagnosis in all level of missile support equipment department.
