摘要
目的探讨颅脑损伤后脑梗死的原因、处理方法及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析26例颅脑损伤后出现脑梗死患者临床表现及治疗。结果好转出院13例,病危自动出院5例,死亡8例。结论外伤性蛛网下腔出血是病人发生脑梗死的重要原因,外伤早期在治疗原发病的同时积极防治脑血管痉挛,对改善患者预后有重要意义。
Objective Explore the causes of cerebral infarction after head injury, treatment and therapeutic effect.Methods Retrospective analysis of 26 cases of cerebral infarction after head injury in patients with clinical manifestations and treatment. Results Improved in 13 cases discharged from hospital,in critical condition automatically discharged in 5 cases,8 patients died. Conclusion Cobweb under traumatic hemorrhage occurred in patients with cerebral infarction is a major cause of injury early in the treatment of primary disease prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm while actively on improving the prognosis of patients has important significance.
