摘要
采用常规显微制片法,在光学显微镜下观察了美女樱雄性不育系B-58及其可育系的小孢子发生过程和各时期的形态特征。结果表明:可育系小孢子发育经历了造孢细胞、小孢子母细胞、四分体等时期,最后发育成花粉,期间小孢子发育靠绒毡层不断自我解体而提供营养。雄性不育系B-58小孢子败育发生在四分体时期,其主要特征是绒毡层细胞提前液泡化,四分体胼胝质壁不能适时降解,致使四分体持续时间较长,四分孢子核质收缩降解,形成形状不规则空瘪的小孢子。
Paraffin section was employed to observe the morphological features at different microsporogenesis stages of male sterility Verbena B-58 and its maintainer with light microscope.The result showed that in fertile line,development of the mature pollen grains was followed through the initiation of the sporogenous cell,microsporocyte formation and the tetrad development period.In the male sterile line,microspore abortion occurred at the tetrad stage and no mononuclear pollen was observed.Because the degradation of tetrad callose wall was abnormal,microspore disaggregated thoroughly in the collose wall.Tapetum layer cells began to vacuolated and disaggregated lately.
