国产培美曲塞治疗25例复治非小细胞肺癌

Domestic Pemetrexed in the Treatment for 25 Retreated Cases with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 [目的]探讨国产培美曲塞单药或联合化疗方案治疗晚期复治NSCLC的疗效及毒副反应。[方法]选取25例经病理学或细胞学确诊,经一线或二线以上治疗失败的晚期复发性NSCLC患者,给予培美曲塞500mg/m2,d1,静脉滴注;其中10例联合顺铂70mg/m2,d1,静脉滴注。每3周重复。[结果]25例患者中无CR,PR4例(16%),SD10例(40%),PD11例(44%),总有效率为16%,临床获益率为56%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制,非血液学毒性反应较轻,耐受性良好。[结论]国产培美曲塞治疗晚期复治NSCLC临床获益率较好,且毒副反应可耐受。
